Tesco Value Car Insurance has announced that from 24th May cheap car insurance will be more accessible to motorists in the UK.
The low cost car insurance company recently conducted a survey among 250 motorists that have third party car insurance.
They found that while the majority would prefer the peace of mind that having more inclusive car insurance brings, they either could not afford the comprehensive car insurance rate or felt that the value of their car did not justify the extra cost of comprehensive car insurance.
More than two and half million UK motorists currently have third party motor insurance policies and Tesco Value Car Insurance believe that it is time to offer them more options.
Tesco Value Car Insurance have decided to offer a special deal to all their customers, comprehensive cover for just £2 a month more than third party car insurance.
Mike Page of Hoot Car Insurance Services comments: 'This is great news for young UK motorists. Motor insurance can be pricey and the more opportunities there are for cheap car insurance for young drivers the better.
Motorists should also be aware that there are some great deals to be had online. Online car insurance companies have minimal outgoings so can afford to offer huge discounts, making cheap car insurance even more available to the masses.
