Speed humps found to cause car accidents and hinder emergency services
People in Owlsmoor, Berkshire are calling for speed humps in their neighbourhood to be removed as they don’t seem to slow down speeding traffic yet they mean that emergency vehicles are delayed. In some areas speed humps are seen as a challenge to young car drivers who try to drive over them as quickly as possible. The aim of the humps is to slow down the overall traffic flow; however, they sometimes encourage the opposite amongst certain groups.

Low cost car insurance could be a thing of the past for people who choose to ignore speed humps and other preventative measures.
