Young drivers offered new car insurance deal
Good news for us young 'uns still sad enough to live at home with the parents- now we can save even more money on our motor insurance.
We've always been able to get a great price from specialist young driver car insurance firms, but now Direct Line Car Insurance have upped the ante and are offering a discount to any household insuring more than one vehicle with them.
This means you can get 10% off the price of your premium if you and Mum or Dad both get a car insurance policy with Direct Line- bargain! It's definitely better than making yourself a named driver on your parents' policy, which means that you won't be building up a no-claims discount and so when you eventually do get your own motor insurance cover, you'll be paying way more than you should.
Direct Line have made their offer available to anyone from the same household buying either fully comprehensive or third party car insurance, and just in case you've got lots of brothers and sisters, up to ten vehicles can be covered.
