Swiftcover.com has broken new ground in the online car insurance market by launching a banner ad with a built-in motor insurance quote generator.
This means that customers can enter their details into the ad itself and get a quote without having to click away from the page they were visiting.
A spokesperson from Steak Media, the ad agency which put together the web banner, said: "One of swiftcover.com's main USP's (Unique Selling Points) is that the customer only needs to fill in a short set of details to be given a quote . what this creative aims to do is bring that process forward into the ad so that users see how quick and easy it is."
After supplying you with a motor insurance quote, the ad - which runs from 5th to 30th April 2007 - encourages the user to visit the swiftcover.com website and complete the sale.
