Cherished MINI customers get 25% off online car insuranceMINI Financial Services is offering a 25 percent discount on its online car insurance policies for anyone who buys a MINI secondhand on the 2nd or 3rd of June 2007. It's part of a number of incentives designed to highlight 'MINI Cherished', the used car scheme going on at MINI dealerships across the UK. Besides the reduction in online car insurance prices, customers who choose a 'Cherished' MINI will be entered into a prize draw for a weekend break worth £300 - and that's on top of the programme's existing benefits. According to MINI UK's general manager: "The award-winning MINI Cherished scheme offers assurance to customers that they're buying a MINI in the best possible condition for their driving adventures." He went on to mention that MINIs tend to hold their value much better than other cars, making a used MINI a sound financial investment. Today, the average three-year-old MINI Cooper changes hands for an impressive 73 percent of its original value, which is about 20 percent more than most other makes. As well as tailored motor insurance, MINI Financial Services offers a range of products including credit cards, savings and travel insurance.
