Motor insurance holders dislike farm vehicles

Young drivers insurance holders are among those who become easily frustrated when stuck behind slow-moving caravans and tractors, according to a survey conducted by Manheim Auctions.

More than half the drivers questioned by the sellers of automotive products and services, said that they are prone to becoming frustrated by large vehicles during the summer months.

Some motorists even put their lives and young persons car insurance at risk by dangerously overtaking farmers work vehicles along narrow country lanes.

The marketing director at Manheim Auctions said, in a safety reminder to drivers "Check your tyre pressures, oil and water levels and make sure you have enough fuel before you set off.

"Take water and snacks in the car, and make sure the kids have enough to keep them entertained too. But above all, try and stay calm and relaxed behind the wheel!"

People who experience feelings of intense stress when caught in traffic jams and ferrying children around are advised to listen to relaxing music during their journey. They may also want to stop off at service stations for some fresh air.

It is thought that young drivers insurance holders may have trouble keeping their cool over the coming months and years, as the AA have predicted further rises in the price of premiums.
