Sunday Mirror reflects on Ka's cheap running
This weekend's Mirror has recommended the Ka as "the ultimate car for the Credit Crunch". For the smallest Ford car insurance is low, being in group 2, and its maintenance costs are also low, claims the journalist. It is also a vehicle with a good miles per gallon ratio, and this may be improved with forthcoming applications of Econetic technology. The model is due to come off the construction lines in time for October's Paris shows, but current Kas can also find better deals on cheaper motor insurance than some other marques. Already popular with younger drivers, the Mirror's recommendation is not likely to reduce the attraction of the vehicle. A spokesperson for Hoot, experts in young driver car insurance, said, "It's good to see motor journalists recognising that a cheaper motor insurance rate is a valuable consideration when choosing a vehicle, for the drivers themselves and for those providing quotes for Peugeot, Volkswagen or Ford car insurance."
