Sainsbury's offers online car insurance discount

It's long been standard practice for companies that sell both off- and online car insurance to offer a discount for their internet sales, and recently Sainsbury's Bank has announced it will follow suit.

The bank has confirmed that new online car insurance customers will receive a 10 percent discount on their premiums, which they claim will make Sainsbury's motor insurance as much as £140 cheaper than the competition.

Besides discounted rates, a cheap car insurance policy from Sainsbury's offers a range of extra benefits, such as free child seat replacement after a crash and support for the victims of road rage.
