Could you be the next Lewis?

Ever wondered how your Vauxhall car insurance might be affected if you were a racing driver? Enter the Vauxhall Racing Driver of the Year competition and you could find out.

The competition is open to all drivers over the age of 21 who have never held a race licence.

Take an online test to illustrate your racing knowledge and the top scorers will proceed to the semi-finals where they will be given 15 minutes to set a hot lap.

The fastest 24 drivers in each of the five heats, to be held in September, will go on to one of two Grand Prix finals.

The winner from each race will go on to the Grand Final; an intensive three-day camp where the contenders will have their fitness, responsiveness and racing prowess put to the test.

The eventual winner will not only be crowned 2008 VXR Racing Driver of the Year but will go on to race for VXR in the 2009 Dunlop Sports Max Cup.
