Win car insurance and a car in Somerset
If you live in Somerset, are under 25 and have to buy car insurance for young drivers its likely you might just want to enter the Max Control competition to win a brand new Renault Clio with one year's free motor cover.
Interested? If the answer is yes, and you hold a valid driving licence, go to the Max Control website, signup and take on the challenge.
The activities which will be used to test and train the young drivers will include racetrack driving, go-karting, off-roading, using a driving simulator and having a go on a skid-pan.
Somerset County Councillor, William Wallace, said of the initiative, "Max Control is an exciting new initiative that will provide a range of extremely enjoyable activities for young men and women and, at the same time, enhance their driving skills.
"While one person will drive away in a brand new car, everyone who takes part will be a better driver and that, one day, may prove even more valuable."
A spokesperson for Hoot, specialist providers of car insurance for young drivers, said, "Everyone taking part in this scheme will get credits for the activities they do - the overall winner will be the young driver with the most credits and they will drive away with the new car and the cheapest car insurance possible for one year."
