If you drink and drive you run the risk of getting points on licence, maybe getting a ban, a fine and, to top it all off, you'll find your young driver car insurance costs increase greatly.
In Italy, a priest accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol has appealed against the police decision to revoke his licence stating his decision to consume Holy Wine as part of four mass services he had delivered that day was not 'voluntary'.
The 41-year-old priest was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.8 grams - the legal limit in Italy is 0.5 grams.
A spokesperson for Hoot, specialist providers of car insurance for young drivers, commented, "We all know how easy it is to get caught up in the moment and decide to have a drink, but once you have made the decision to consume alcohol it is a good idea to make other plans for getting home.
"If you want to keep your young driver car insurance costs down, getting caught drunk at the wheel is not a good move."
